We ship anywhere within Canada and the US. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please email us if you are outside of Canada and the US.
If you need your order right away, for an additional cost please select the appropriate expedited shipping selection at checkout. Please remember to include the 2-3 business days for processing in addition to the expedited shipping time to estimate your order's arrival.
For all shipping options, we cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by the United States and we are unable to predict how long your package will take to clear customs.
Returns or Exchanges
If you are a Canadian customer and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com for a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and unwashed. Original packaging, hangtags, labels, and proof of purchase must be included. We do not offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
All return shipping costs and handling charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Initial order shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Canada.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased from one of our stockists. Please return to the original point of purchase and we will work with the stockists directly to arrive at a resolution.
