If you are a Canadian customer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and unwashed. Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
All return shipping costs and handling charges are buyer’s responsibility. Initial order shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on International orders right now. Please email us at email@example.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and we will try our best to help.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased from one of our stockists. Please return to the original point of purchase and we will work with the stockists directly to arrive at a resolution.
